Damages and issues

Some Bushfairy products will melt in high temperatures, please make sure you collect your items when they arrive to prevent damage

If items are exposed to high temperatures then please place them upright in the fridge for an hour before opening.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All Bushfairy items are non-returnable 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Because Bushfairy is solely personal beauty care products unfortunately they can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please select carefully. If you realise that you have selected the wrong item or have changed your mind before your items are sent out please get in touch as soon as possible, so we can change the order before it is posted out to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
